We gather information only as necessary to fulfill project scoping inquiries, respond to communication requests, or monitor basic website operations:

  • Submission Payloads: Full Name, Email Address, Company Name, Project Types, Budget Ranges, and Project Descriptions submitted via our Contact interfaces.
  • Server Access Logs: IP addresses, request timestamps, and basic browser information recorded automatically by our Hosting Environment (Hostinger) to monitor site availability and block malicious traffic.

3. Use of Collected Data

Collected data is reviewed internally to write scoping proposals, organize Discovery calls, and schedule development processes. We do not sell user email lists or share project descriptions with third-party advertisers.

Web server access logs are hosted and retained by our hosting provider in accordance with standard infrastructure agreements. Contact form submissions are processed securely through our PHP server-side mailer and transmitted directly to the studio's email inbox.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic and interaction metrics to help improve user experience. We configure SSL encryption (HTTPS) sitewide, monitor build processes, and review dependencies to prevent security issues. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
